It is also an invaluable tool in illuminating skills gaps especially involving strategic planning for future organisational growth.

What you will get: Initial consultation and needs assessment, written scope detailing proposed outcomes and steps required to achieve these including;

Development &/or review of Job Descriptions.
Outline of proposed psychometric assessments to be undertaken by the individual.
Facilitation and analysis of psychometric assessments.
Facilitation and analysis of interviews with individual's direct manager and other identified employees &/or position holders (e.g. external Accountant in the case of finance roles)
In-depth written report detailing full assessment and interview outcomes including the use of a Skills Gap Matrix and actionable recommendations.

Development of new markets requiring a different set of skills.

What you will get: Initial consultation and needs assessment, written scope detailing proposed outcomes and steps required to achieve these including;

An in-depth understanding of the business changes and planned outcomes.
Development &/or review of Job Descriptions (where appropriate).
Outline of proposed psychometric assessments to be undertaken by the individual.
Facilitation and analysis of psychometric assessments by individual and team perspective.
Facilitation and analysis of any interviews undertaken as appropriate.
In-depth written report detailing assessment and interview outcomes including the use of a Skills Gap Matrix and recommendations.

Investment: $10,000 + GST

Project Terms and Conditions: On acceptance of the written project scope and costings a 25% deposit will be invoiced with payment required prior to project kick off. Any progress payments will be invoiced at project milestones as formally agreed in the project scope. The remainder of the fee (no less than 25% of the total fee) will be invoiced on project completion. Except for the deposit invoice all invoices are payable within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Tasks and meetings will be organised on an 'as-needs- basis over the agreed timeline of the project period.

Please note - Services can be provided in-person (onsite) within the Adelaide metro region or virtually (Zoom) anywhere in Australia at no additional cost. Where services are requested in-person anywhere outside of the Adelaide metro fees for travel and where appropriate accommodation will be quoted in addition to the fee for services provided.
