Overview: Organisations aiming to grow and optimise results must recognise that business success starts and ends with their people. Surveys are a practical and measurable way to gather valuable information from a large number of people in a short period of time.
Which survey & why:

Engagement surveys measure the factors that impact employee performance. The collective data provides a picture of how well people feel supported, challenged, and managed in their roles.
Culture surveys measure how well employees know and are committed to the values of the company. Useful to measure employee perceptions after a merger or any substantive change in management, direction or structure

What you will get: Initial consultation and needs assessment, survey development, facilitation, analysis and actionable recommendations including;

Fully customised survey design aimed at generating high employee buy-in.
Distribution and promotion of the survey to maximise response rates.
Collation, measurement and analysis of survey responses.
Full and in-depth written report and presentation detailing survey results.

Transformative Leadership Change

Overview: Targeted to organisations where change is either becoming or has become a challenge leading to reduced organisational outcomes. A 'whole-of-organisation' approach will provide illuminating insights of which will inform the type and approach of the change management program with the aim of providing the Leadership with the skills, techniques and understanding to work their teams in transforming from a negative mindset to a positive, adaptive and resilient workforce.
Who is it for:

The Leadership Team of small to medium organisations either experiencing change challenges, or in preparation for change ahead.

What you will get: Initial consultation and needs assessment, development, implementation and analysis of a Leadership team survey, in-depth outcomes report with actionable recommendations including;

Leadership survey results used in the design and development of a fully customised leadership development workshop series.
Facilitation of an online 'MBTI® Interpretive Report for Organisations)' required to be completed by each member of the Leadership Team prior to attendance at the first workshop session.
Interpretation of each participants results in order to then customise the training sessions.
Preparation of the workshop sessions.

Twelve hours of onsite/virtual training facilitation (four by three hour sessions.
Unlimited individual Leadership Team member coaching/mentoring sessions during the duration of the project.
Post training 'review' meeting with the organisation's most senior person.

Investment: $11,250* + GST
*An additional cost of $127.00 + GST is required per participant for the MBTI® Interpretive Report for Organisations. This includes a license for the Myers-Briggs® App that provides access to one user.

Resilient Org-Wide Change

Overview: Can be viewed as the next step once Option 1 &/or Option 2 have been completed, alternatively, this option can be undertaken on its own. It will benefit organisations seeking a customised 'one-off' training workshop encouraging adaptability and resilience in the face of change. Very applicable to either an org-wide approach or when needing to focus in on one or more areas of the business where change is either ahead or underway and management considers professional development will be a valuable element toward effective and positive change.
Services: Initial consultations with leadership to establish specific needs, facilitation of a customised 'Embracing Change for Resilience' half day workshop held on-site or virtually. Also includes a post training response survey and a post workshop report and presentation to the leadership as nominated by your organisation.

Investment: $5,625 + GST
Fee includes approximately 45 hours of dedicated time supplied by Cheryl McCormack. This includes:

An initial 'needs assessment' consultation onsite or virtual (an org-wide survey is optional and if selected will be at an additional cost)
Customisation of the workshop specifically for your organisation's needs.
Two by three hour workshops facilitated by Cheryl McCormack (max of 20 participants). Additional fees will apply if more than the above number of attendees are to be included.
A post workshop written report & presentation to senior management.

Consultations and presentations can be conducted via Zoom or on-site. On-site workshop facilitation is always a preference but not considered a necessity as Zoom workshops have proven to also be very effective. Where interstate or South Australia intrastate travel is required accommodation and travel expenses will be quoted in addition to this fee. Where an organisation would like to have each participant undergo a Myers-Briggs Type Personality Profile the fee for this online assessment is $65 per person plus GST. Should this element be included there will also be an additional consulting fee to administer the assessments, this will depend on the number of employees to undertake the assessment. This is an option - a very valuable one but not a necessity.

Project Terms and Conditions: On acceptance of the written project scope and costings a 25% deposit will be invoiced with payment required prior to project kick off. Any progress payments will be invoiced at project milestones as formally agreed in the project scope. The remainder of the fee (no less than 25% of the total fee) will be invoiced on project completion. Except for the deposit invoice all invoices are payable within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Tasks and meetings will be organised on an 'as-needs- basis over the agreed timeline of the project period.

Please note - Services can be provided in-person (onsite) within the Adelaide metro region or virtually (Zoom) anywhere in Australia at no additional cost. Where services are requested in-person anywhere outside of the Adelaide metro fees for travel and where appropriate accommodation will be quoted in addition to the fee for services provided.
