Hi!

I’m Cheryl McCormack and I’m a workforce capability specialist, business leader and advisor with a passion for partnering with small to medium commercial businesses who are seeking to strengthen performance through people, capability and practical systems.

Throughout my career I have worked predominantly in professional services, retail and wholesale and to a lesser degree community services and a regulatory environment – my passion though is the private sector, helping teams and their leaders improve performance, build people and skills capability and create highly engaged workplace environments.
