Individual Transformational Leadership Development ($950 + GST)

Includes:

This is an individual focussed leadership development program where the aim is to work one on one using in-person &/or virtual learning sessions.

Participants will learn about:

  • Their individual communication style
  • Their preferred work & leader style
  • How they tend to make decisions
  • Their problem-solving approach
  • Ability to recognise their & other’s emotions

Aims from the learning:

  1. A greater understanding of their natural preferences and emotions enabling a better understanding of other’s behaviours
  2. Increased knowledge about communication enhancements, effective decision making and problem resolution techniques

The process involves:

  • Emotional Intelligence assessment based on Mayer-Salovey-Caruso
    Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) link emailed to the participant
  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Global Step 1 Personality Assessment link  emailed to the participant
  • Both assessments are to be completed prior to the first session
  • Two soft copy reports, Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT – 7 pages) Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Global Step 1 Interpretive Report for Organisations (MBTI – 10 pages)
  • Two one-hour coaching and feedback sessions with Cheryl McCormack

Please note:

  1. The $950 fee includes the cost of both psychometric assessment links and subsequent results reports
  2. Additional sessions can be organised at an additional fee
  3. In-person sessions can be arranged at no additional cost in Sydney or Wollongong at a venue supplied by the organisation
  4. Feedback & coaching sessions can be facilitated anywhere in Australia using Zoom, alternatively, Cheryl can be engaged to travel intrastate and interstate with travel expenses to be reimbursed

Includes:

This is a group leadership development program where the aim is to work with three to six participants preferably in-person or via virtual learning sessions.

Participants will learn about:

  • Ability to recognise their own & other’s emotions
