Cheryl McCormack is a certified practitioner in the application and interpretation of both the Strong Interest Inventory® for career interest and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® for personality preferences.

Unlike any other outplacement program:

  • no talk-fests, just constructive information about them
  • scientific information to illuminate career opportunities
  • uses certified psychometric assessments to match personality preferences to career interests – very powerful

This program does not get overly bogged down with CV preparation as most people know how to access great templates!

Instead, your out-going employee is able to tap into a wealth of information available about them – and they will enjoy the process!

The process:

  • Scoping session with your organisation’s leadership team either just prior or as soon after a redundancy being actioned
  • Personalised one-on-one meeting with the outgoing employee(s) to establish time frame moving forward
  • Access to the Strong Interest Inventory® and MBTI® assessment links which can be undertaken online in the comfort of the person’s home
  • Provision of a 23-page professional Strong Interest Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Career Report (hard & soft copy)
  • Personalised interpretation and feedback session with Cheryl McCormack (1.0 hour session)
  • Two one-hour additional follow up sessions via Zoom or in person

Please note:

  • A volume discount of 10% will be offered when more than 2 outplaced employees are involved in a program from the same organisation within a period of one month.
  • Once a service has been confirmed by your organisation in writing, a 25% deposit of the total fee will be invoiced, payable prior to services commencing
  • The remainder of the fee will be invoiced on completion of the Interpretation and Feedback session, payable within 14 days from the date of the invoice
  • In the case where additional consultation is sought, this will be charged at the rate of $120.00 per hour plus GST, payable within 14 days from the date of the invoice
  • In-person sessions can be arranged in Sydney and Wollongong, remote sessions using Zoom work well for other locations
  • Customised packages can be negotiated to suit your organisation’s specific requirements
