Personal Attributes (Soft Skills) Evaluation - $395 per assessment

Assessments Include:

Soft skills are an individual’s traits, capabilities and preferences.

These are not unique to a job and more about behavioural and interpersonal competencies that can be difficult to pick up during the recruitment process.

Assessments available include: 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire (16PF), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Emotional intelligence (MSCEIT), Behavioural Profile (DISC), Cognitive Ability Test (RCAT), Strong Interest Inventory (SII).

Securing an assessment service will include;

  1. The test taker will be emailed a link enabling access to the assessment(s) along with clear instructions.
  2. The assessment(s) results will be provided to the client organisation within 48 hours of the test taker completing the set tasks.
  3. An assessment generated written report plus further interpretive feedback from Cheryl McCormack.
  4. Where appropriate comparison reports can be provided.

Please note:

  • A 50% deposit is required on written confirmation of services required and payable prior to work commencing.
  • The remainder of the fee will be invoiced at completion of the services, payable within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
  • All assessments are taken online.
  • GST is in addition to all fees listed.

Technical Abilities (Hard Skills) Evaluation - $99 per test

Assessments Include:

Hard skills are abilities that let a person tackle job-specific duties and responsibilities usually focused on specific tasks & processes.

Hard skills can be learned through courses, education, vocational training, and of course, on the job.

Assessments available include: MS Office Suite, Accounting & Finance, Industrial, Health, Medical, Legal, Writing & Grammar, Call Centre, Customer Service, Technology, Digital Ability, and more.
