- Built a recruitment business from scratch to a 4 million dollar turnover achieving candidate and employer retention levels envied by competitors
- Implemented state of the art, intuitive Cloud based technology platforms providing clients and candidates with exceptional service experiences
- Decommissioned onsite server for Cloud technology as an early uptaker
- Introduced remote flexible working arrangements for McCormack Employment Services employees in 2012 well before competitors were even thinking about it!
- Early introducer of candidate video interviewing
- Over a period of more than two decades, continually reinvented the business to keep ahead of industry disruption
- A member of the executive change management lead team involved in the merger of two different cultures – Adia & Centacom during the 1990’s
- A member of the executive lead team in developing, implementing and auditing Quality Assurance (now ISO9001) certification for Centacom (first privately owned national agency to attain certification)
- Took a lead role in driving the transition from manual processes to computerisation for Centacom in the early 1990’s
- Offered a promotional transfer from SA to NSW, managing and leading multi office locations across NSW as a Regional Manager for AdiaCentacom
- Successfully turned a loss making situation into a profitable operation for Centacom (now Adecco) as State Manager SA
- Lead large teams including middle management in retail, managed revenues in excess of 20 million in retail department store operations
